Our Take

If you're a developer or research team wanting hardware for secondary development today, Unitree G1 is the only realistic choice — public pricing, available units, and an SDK. Figure 02 targets large manufacturers running pilot programs through business partnerships; individuals and small teams can't buy it. They compete in different markets: G1 sells a development platform, Figure sells a pilot service for future line workers.
